Keeping real music alive in the heart of Brixton for more than five years - Plan B is well known both sides of the river for it's top notch soundsystem, eclectic mix of people and forward thinking events.

Attracting the music fans of South London and beyond, our soundsystem has been tried and tested by some of the best deejays from around the world, with guests including everyone from Danny Krivit to Mark Ronson, from Gilles Peterson to Kevin Saunderson, via Maxi Jazz, Quentin Harris, Norman Jay, Miguel Migs, Jazzie B and DJ Yoda!

As well as playing host to some of the finest DJ talent around, our live sessions (check the website for forthcoming dates) have established a reputation all of their own and over the years have featured the likes of The Streets, Omar, Lady Sovereign, The Mitchell Brothers and Skinnyman.

Our music and events policy is all encompassing... from live performances and contemporary art during the week (from the likes of Diff'rent Strokes, Drumz Of The South and The Throwdown), to proper late night club action at the weekends! Friday nights are all about funk, soul and old school hip hop at Fidgit, while on a Saturday nights it's all about real house music (and latin jazz, disco, broken beat and electro) with regular events from our friends at Favouritizm, Spiritual South, Body Music, Turn It Out and Compact Disco.

We recently opened a second room - B Low, transforming a forgotten basement into an intimate club space, fitted with a brand new Funktion One soundsystem (to match the huge Funktion One system in the main room) including a 21" dual bassbin and state of the art DJ booth.
