Since being single again ive been back on the sesh BIG TIME!!! Kaining it hard both Friday and Saturday night. Come Sunday day, I tend to be ruff as guts.... WELL, NOT ANYMORE!!! hehe

To put it simply..... I just get back on the sesh. The drink goes down a lot easier, and believe it or not it tastes nicer!!! I order a banging pizza come evening time (at this point im steamog) and I fall asleep about 9ish (preferably with a chick next to me, lol).

Wake up Monday and im feeling great. Hit the gym before work, JOB DONE!!!

Most of you will have your own hangover cures. But the above is mine, and it works a treat!!!

I got a hangover now! And it's rough! And I got no cure, I just grind it out!

Bit off the subject, but my mam txt me earlier. Said the Judge banged it out in Biza last nyt!!!

No way!! Come down is just feeling slightly run down for me, but hangovers, feeling sick all day bloated, tired... urgh just minging I hate them!!

Well normally i dont suffer a hang over on a monday morning its usually a very rough come down and i find half a g of base does the trick for me after havin a feck off breakfast.

But during the week when i suffer from the hang over i normally drink 3 pints of water before going to bed and take an extra pint with me. I also find having something light to eat like steak and chips b4 bed does the trick. Basically a hang over is dehydration so - by eating it helps absorb the booze into yr system and the water re-hydrates you thus not feeling to rough the nxt day.

I dont get hangover but i find a shower n egg sandwich sorts me straight out after wakin up after a nite on the booze!

You knows it! haha. I find if I just stay awake as long as I can then pass out I'll just sleep through my comedown anyway, wake up, shower, eat & I'm brand new!
