Tidy faithful,

Unfortunately Tidy Weekender 16 will not be taking place in March, the proposed dates with Pontins have been booked by another company, so we have decided to focus on our return to Magna on March 07th 2009.
This in no way means the end of the Tidy Weekenders, TW16 is still in the pipeline so please watch this space…
Please ignore any statements released unless they have come from an Official Tidy HQ source, any statements from us will be released first and foremost through tidy.com and all official Tidy networks (Such as an official News story from the Tidy Group on DSI)
We understand some of you will be upset by this news but we feel that the Magna Home coming on March 07th 2009 will more than make up for this brief break in our Weekender events schedule.

ahhh i want a tidy weekender asap

well im well and truly gutted i look forward to my two weekenders a year brill way to catch up with everyone and meet loads of new peeps as well as stompin my feet off ... was hoping to introduce my son to the wonder of it all next year too bummer for him that he wont get to have the experience ........... magna is a great venue BUT last few events there have been cancelled so im hoping this isnt going to be another big disappoinment .... one night doesnt even scratch the surface of a weekender : (

The last event (Euphoria) was cancelled due to issues with the entertainment license. The event before that (Hardcore Heaven) was cancelled due to low ticket sales.

HARDSTYLE IS TH WEEEKENDER

i think not lol i do love hardstyle but that's not what TW is about . Its always been a celebration of hard dance with the main focus being on HARD HOUSE so hardstyle and hard trance should / did always take the back seat at tidy weekenders sensation black and qlimax are where hardstyle takes main stage can't wait for sensation black next year whoop i do agree that last couple of weekenders seem to have been abit well fucked lol and all over the place i sens the winds of change lets just hope its for the better

OMG!!! I cant believe this! This is crap! There is no way 1 night is goign to be as near as good as a whole weekend of madness!! We travel all the way from Aberdeenin Scotland and is not worth it just for the one night we prefer to make a whole weekend of it!! Fuckin' Gutted!!!

chic who organised last tidy weekender more than likely booked venue on tidy's behalf and since the buy of tidy didn't go ahead (the one amo, andy and one guy from chic were trying to do) chic have probably cut all ties to tidy

My Guess is that there will be weekender run by chic possibly invloving the tidy boys as they have now parted company with the Tidy brand, This will be on the advertised weekender dates at pontins in prestatyn.
It will be similar event with a similar line up with i guess the exception of the DJ'S signed to Tidy Like Pin Up Guyver Rodi style etc

And if it does have Amo and Andys input it could easily be as succeful as any previous Weekender
and i guess it could also be an event to showcase Andy and Amo's so called new sound/direction in Dance music.

On the risk of getting shot down in flames - I think it's possibly a good thing - the last one was a bit stale and didn't have as good an atmosphere as the other ones for many reasons which have already been discussed on here.

Here's hoping the break will do Tidy good and get them to put the effort back into the weekenders - making them what they used to be - the best weekend of the entire year!!!!! (Also, fingers crossed this will give them time to find a new venue - as good as Prestatyn is the Police have taken the edge of off the last couple - BOOOOO!!!!!!

Let's hope this missed weekender will be worth it! :-/ ...DON'T LET US DOWN TIDY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously, the way some of you are reacting anyone would think you'd just been told you were about to have your legs amputated.

I absolutely love Tidy Weekenders they are always two of the best weekends of the year. I probbaly speak for others aswell when I say they have a huge sentimental value to myself after doing quite a few now.

tbh im so confused as to whats going on i dont know what to say..all i know is if the reports from the last weekender is anything to go by i wint be goin to another one, so if andya dn amo can do somehting again that fresh..bring it on :) i have faith that they can do it and im willing to just wait and see what happens..in the mean time TRANCE ENERGY BABY :)
